Job summary

Target is hiring an RFID Systems Technician to support rollout and maintenance of RFID infrastructure across our distribution network. Based at our Minneapolis HQ campus, you will install RFID portals, tune reader antennas, configure middleware, and analyze read-rate performance data to ensure inventory accuracy targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RFID experience (Impinj, Zebra, or Alien preferred), understands UHF RFID physics, and can work with RFID middleware and event

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RFID experience (Impinj, Zebra, or Alien preferred).
• Understanding of UHF RFID physics including antenna patterns and interference mitigation.
• Experience with RFID middleware and event processing platforms.
• Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Willingness to travel 25% to regional DCs.
