Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate RFID converting equipment and encoding software.
• Encoding & Programming: Program RFID tags and labels with specific data per job tickets.
• Quality Control: Test tags for readability, verify data accuracy, inspect for defects.
• Production Setup: Handle materials and convert into finished rolls.
• Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Documentation: Record production data and material usage in ERP systems.
• Overtime as required.
