Job summary

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, seeks a student engineer to assist in designing, developing, and characterizing high-performance RFICs for RFFE products used in 5G and future 6G technologies. You will support RFICs with LNAs, high-power switches, integrated couplers, and tunable filters throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include validating measurements, building custom test benches, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience validating CMOS RF IC performance.

Responsibilities

• Design Validation: perform lab measurements and create validation reports comparing to design expectations.
• Test & Measurement: build custom test benches in hardware and software for product verification.
• Product Characterization: measure and document data showing adherence to requirements.
• Derivative Product Design: assist with the simulation and layout of derivatives in Cadence.
