Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capable of managing RFIC, Analog IC, and Mixed-Signal product development and the functional teams involved with the development.
• Develops and manages the execution of the program Plan of Record for multiple programs or complex programs with schedule and resource forecasting.
• Tracks and manages key metrics, escalates issues, and proposes corrective actions.
• Establishes schedules, task assignments, and tracks team member tasks.
• Promotes program vision and drives alignment across stakeholders.
