Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsors to set goals and priorities.
• Manage multiple programs with defined scope and complexity.
• Develop and manage Plan of Record: schedule, budget, scope.
• Track metrics and escalate deviations, proposing corrective actions.
• Lead the program team through assignments and deadlines.
• Identify risks and maintain a risk tracker with mitigation plans.
• Communicate program vision and drive objectives across teams.
• Promote process improvements within programs.
