Job summary

Grocery Outlet Inc. in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Regional Fulfillment Center supervisor to lead a team of hourly employees and ensure operational targets are met.

You will hire, engage, and develop a high-performing workforce, coach on PDPs, and collaborate with the RFC Operations Manager to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent or 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct business professionally by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations in one or more warehouse areas.
• Hire, engage and develop an hourly workforce.
• Coach, mentor and guide Associates using PDPs.
• Lead performance meetings and share daily goals.
• Ensure safety, quality and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on improvements.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and adherence to budgeted labor.
• Conduct audits and incident investigations.
