Job summary

Grocery Outlet Career is seeking an RFC Order Selector to participate in warehouse operations, including picking, packing and scanning orders. The role reports to the RFC Operations Manager and offers a base pay range of $19.00 hourly with productivity bonuses and 401(k) Profit Sharing based on experience and location.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of pallet jack experience (preferred), are physically able to operate electric pallet jacks, and understand warehousing best practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating electric pallet jacks preferred but not required.
• Physically able to operate electric pallet jacks (end rider and center rider).
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process Distribution Center stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality for audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage.
• Report discrepancies and operate Distribution Center vehicles and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and keep shelves and work areas organized.
