Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking a Regional Fulfillment Center supervisor to lead a team of hourly staff and ensure inventory accuracy across RFC operations. You will report to the RFC Operations Manager and partner with stores, vendors, and 3PL partners.

Responsibilities include auditing receiving/shipping, monitoring FIFO, and coordinating quarterly inventories while maintaining professional communications with store ops and managers. This role emphasizes efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Auditing and inventory control experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Store Ops and Managers.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees in the RFC to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Audit RFC receiving and shipping for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Provide efficient service to stores and vendors.
• Monitor FIFO product turns and lot/size accuracy.
• Coordinate quarterly inventories and 3PL reconciliations.
• Oversee outbound loads and ensure correct paperwork.
