Job summary

Heritage Grocers Group is seeking an Order Selector for our distribution center. You will retrieve ordered items using RF scanners and prepare them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safe handling from pick location to pallet.

This role requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and ability to operate a pallet jack or forklift. You’ll work in a 24-hour facility with overtime and weekend shifts, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to use RF scanner to identify items and operate a reach/forklift and pallet jack.
• Good attendance, punctual, and able to work shifts with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean, neat, and well-organized.
• Move products from pick location to wood pallet with correct quantities.
• Build and wrap pallets securely for safe shipment.
• Label pallets correctly and place on the correct staging location.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and report violations.
• Complete tasks as directed by RF scanner or DC Manager.
