Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking an RFC Order Selector to support warehouse operations, including storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. You will work to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction, reporting to the RFC Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include preparing orders for delivery, processing stock, maintaining safety standards and ensuring audits pass with high quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating electric pallet jacks in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
• Physically able to operate electric pallet jacks (end rider and center rider).
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods (preferred).
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process Distribution Center stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain Distribution Center vehicles and equipment. Ensure machinery is serviced and maintained regularly.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop as required.
• Always Organize Distribution Center and work area for orderliness.
• Always wear the proper safety equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager.

About the Role

About The Pay

• Base Pay Range: $19.00 Hourly.
• Productivity bonus.
• 401(k) Profit Sharing.
• Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
