Job description

The RFC Order Selector role is part of the Logistics & Distribution team, supporting warehouse operations such as storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing orders for delivery or pickup, processing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and cleanliness, operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, and reporting discrepancies.

The position offers a base pay of $19/hour, productivity bonuses, 401(k) profit sharing, and benefits like medical, dental, and vision coverage. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience operating electric pallet jacks (preferred but not required), be physically capable of operating warehouse equipment, and possess good organizational skills.
