Job summary

Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking an RFC Material Handler for our Regional Fulfillment Center in California. You will shuttle inventory, operate various forklifts, and support unloading and loading trucks while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

You will help with receiving, order picking, and stock organization, ensuring clean, safe spaces and efficient space utilization. Prior forklift experience and basic math skills are required; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in forklift operation in a warehouse environment.
• Able to read and write legibly, demonstrate basic math, and communicate effectively.
• Able to read and comprehend safety rules and operating procedures.
• Demonstrates good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledgeable in inventory control and general warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and ensure PPE safety according to RFC policies.
• Shuttle inventory with accuracy and attention to detail using forklifts.
• Assist unloading/loading trucks and other freight handling duties.
• Perform PO receiving, order picking, stocking within the RFC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, space-efficient work area and report discrepancies.
