Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Material Handler I to support warehouse and logistics operations in our Ohio facility. You will move, handle, and track inventory, working Monday through Friday 9:00am–5:30pm. Use RF scanners and the WMS to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have basic warehouse experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods. High school diploma required and 0–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• RF scanner or WMS experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Zero to two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and stage products.
• Move and store materials using proper equipment and procedures.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Verify product accuracy and condition.
• Complete inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Support changing priorities and perform additional duties as assigned.
