Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a Warehouse Associate in its RDC Operations. You will pick, pack, and ship items, receive inbound orders, and stock inventory while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include using RF technology, processing documents per SOPs, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. A high school diploma with 2–4 years related experience is required; weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 2-4 years related warehouse experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong mathematical and accuracy skills.
• Experience with RF scanning and warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship items per orders.
• Receive, stock inbound orders and note discrepancies and damages.
• Process documents and ensure accuracy per RDC SOPs.
• Handle inbound and outbound orders using RF devices and SOPs.
• Verify inventory accuracy and ensure correct items/quantities.
• Unload/load trailers and check bills of lading.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Assist training and support new hires when needed.
• Pass required training for powered equipment and shifts.
