Subaru of America seeks a Warehouse Associate for the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) in the United States. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, stock inbound items, and verify inventory accuracy using RF technology. The role requires adherence to RDC safety standards and operating procedures.

Responsibilities include processing documents, handling inbound/outbound orders, and performing cycle counts. You will support training, maintain clean operations, and may work weekends or overtime as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work weekends/overtime as needed.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and ships ordered items.
• Receives and stocks inbound orders; log quantities and damages.
• Process documents within RDC safety requirements.
• Use RF technology for inbound/outbound orders.
• Verify inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Unload/load trailers; check bills of lading and damages.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report issues.
• Operate RF terminals and warehouse equipment.
• Complete tasks per SOPs and SOPs for parts handling.
• Participate in safety training and quality checks.
• Assist training of new hires when needed.
