Job summary

Dexter in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role uses RF/RFI gun to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive under deadlines. Strong teamwork, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer/WMS familiarity are expected. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner/RFI gun strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer or WMS system familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and scanning of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Organize stock in assigned warehouse locations, ensuring clean and efficient workspace flow.
• Replenish pick locations as necessary based on production and shipping needs.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products within a distribution environment. This role requires regular use of an RF (Radio Frequency) scanner/RFI gun to accurately track inventory and ensure efficient warehouse workflow. What You’ll Do

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.

• Exposure to warehouse conditions including temperature variations, noise, and walking surfaces.
