Job summary

Dexter/DexKo is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join its distribution team. The role involves RF/RFI scanning, accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or distribution is preferred.
• Experience with RF/RFI guns or similar scanning devices is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer or warehouse management system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement in the warehouse.
• Select, pack, and stage orders per company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders; prepare outgoing shipments.
