Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment at our Arlington, TX location. You will use an RF/RFI gun to track inventory and ensure accurate orders.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, labeling, loading/unloading, and maintaining clean, safe workspaces in compliance with OSHA. The role offers paid on-the-job training and benefits as part of a full-time team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience using RF scanner/RFI gun strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Use RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
