Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering student for a six-month RF-focused Co-Op. You will work alongside an elite RF team, measuring RF circuits and analyzing test data to improve new designs in a fast-paced environment.

This Cedar Rapids design center covers RF connectivity products across applications. Eligible students must be enrolled in an EE BS/MS program and return to school after the internship; the role includes hands-on RF testing

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in Electrical Engineering BS or MS program and returning to school after the Co-Op.
• Must be able to complete a 6 month Co-op term Summer/Fall 2027 (June - December).
• Strong background in RF and Microwave design.
• Experience in using RF equipment such as oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources.

Responsibilities

• Support design and test evaluations, along with data validation of multi-chip-modules with integrated power amplifiers, switches, acoustic filters, LNAs, and CMOS controllers.
• Perform RF tests, evaluate, summarize, and present data to design engineers.
• Assist design using RF modeling tools, and production team analyzing test data.
