Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Andover is seeking a RF Validation Engineer Co-Op for Winter/Spring 2027 (Jan–June). You will learn hands-on RF front-end module testing, work with experienced engineers, and contribute to product validation efforts.

You will gain exposure to RF parameters, lab measurements, and data analysis while supporting design teams. This internship offers real-world experience in a leading analog semiconductor company and opportunities for full-time roles upon graduation.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an Electrical Engineering program and returning to school after the Co-Op.
  • Must be able to complete a 6-month term Jan–Jun 2027.
  • Familiarity with RF parameters (gain, NF, return loss, harmonics, IMD).
  • Experience with RF test equipment (scope, VNA, spectrum analyzer).
  • Knowledge of RF/microwave design tools (ADS/HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to validate RF products (LNA, RF switches, couplers).
  • Measure performance across temperature, frequency, and supply.
  • Create compliance matrices and plot results.
  • Present data reviews and assist lab testing.
  • Assist in optimizing matching networks.
