Qualifications

• Associate degree in EET/EE or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of two-way radio systems and RF communications.
• Understanding of RF and electronics theory.
• Experience using telecommunications test equipment such as DVMs, Service Monitors, Watt Meters.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Excel and Google Docs.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills and ability to communicate well.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, upgrade, and program MSI two-way radios.
• Set up, adjust, and operate test equipment per procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct tests.
• Document radio and device performance and validate results.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Record serial numbers, model numbers, and test results.
• Perform radio depot repair and hardware upgrades.
• Prepare equipment for final shipment and ensure quality standards.
