Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Tower Foreman to lead field crews in the greater Spokane area. The role requires hands-on supervision of tower work, adherence to safety and OSHA procedures, and efficient coordination of installations, tests, and site upgrades.

Ideal candidates have construction or telecom experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to travel and work overtime as needed. Capstone emphasizes work-life harmony and offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction or telecommunications experience preferred.
• Experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU’s, fiber, installation of steel platforms and grounding.
• Basic electrical skills along with experience using and operating power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and reliable transportation.
• Physically capable of and willing to climb tall structures more than 300 feet and work in PNW weather conditions.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to learn and retain new information.
• Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with management, co-workers and clients.
• Able and willing to travel, work overtime + weekends (occasionally)

Responsibilities

• Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.

• Assist in building various communication sites (monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting, guyed).
• Use RF test gear and perform Sweep and PIM testing.
• Follow rigging procedures for all operations.
• Ensure project execution meets scope, safety, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize safety and follow OSHA procedures and company policies.
• Maintain 100% tie off when working on towers.
