Job summary

Saronic Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician - RF to support assembly, testing, troubleshooting of RF systems across lab, field and end-platform applications.

The ideal candidate will follow detailed test procedures, operate RF test equipment fluently, document results clearly, and collaborate with RF engineers to ensure reliable measurements and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RF systems or RF test equipment experience.
• Ability to follow and execute detailed RF test procedures.
• Ability to collect reliable measurements and document results.
• Strong verbal communication and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with RF engineers and follow technical direction.
• Willingness to travel for field testing and installations.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support RF end-to-end testing, validation, and verification with engineers.
• Execute detailed RF tests accurately and repeatedly.
• Record, report, and communicate RF results and status.
• Operate RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers and VNAs.
• Set up RF test configurations, cables, antennas, and hardware.
• Assist with calibration and maintain equipment within calibration status.
