Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field.
• Hands-on exposure to RF or electronics lab environments.
• Soldering SMT/through-hole with precision.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Knowledge of lab safety and ESD protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RF circuits and subassemblies from schematics and build instructions.
• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering on high-frequency PCBs.
• Set up and execute RF circuit characterization and test procedures.
• Operate VNAs, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Assist in circuit troubleshooting and calibration.
• Maintain organized lab benches and document results meticulously.
