Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an RF Test Engineering Lead for the Lunar Permanence program in Merritt Island, FL. You will own RF test campaigns for the Lunar Transfer Stage, driving planning, execution, data analysis, and flight-safety considerations.

On-site, with travel up to 25%, you will lead multi-band RF tests and ensure calibration integrity. The role requires 8+ years in RF test engineering, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, VNA, and RF instrumentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RF test engineering experience with leadership in campaigns.
• Experience interpreting RF system requirements and designing end-to-end tests.
• Hands-on use of RF test equipment and calibration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full RF test campaign lifecycle from design to closure.
• Translate RF requirements into comprehensive test strategies and verification plans.
• Plan and execute functional and performance RF tests across multiple bands.
• Maintain RF test system calibration and safety for flight/test hardware.
• Lead readiness reviews, briefings, and anomaly investigations.
