Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience
• Experience troubleshooting RF and digital circuit card assemblies
• Familiar with spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes

Responsibilities

• Interface with project leads and management to resolve issues and manage activities
• Analyze and resolve work problems collaboratively to resolve issues
• Work with other test engineers supporting design for tests and new product introductions into the factory
• Provide technical expertise to improve test yield, reduce test time, increase capacity, and eliminate false failures
• Provide troubleshooting insights for complex RF and digital PCBA assemblies
• Analyze workforce and equipment utilization, space requirements, and workflow
• Make recommendations to improve test methods, performance, equipment, and product quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Review Test plans and procedures
• Use MES and ERP systems
