You will develop custom hardware and software test solutions for RF, microwave, and high‑performance analog/digital devices, from test strategy through production transfer.

The role emphasizes signal integrity, low‑noise measurements, and measurement accuracy, with hands‑on troubleshooting across RF hardware, instruments, and automation software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing RF/microwave test solutions for semiconductor devices or high‑performance hardware.
• Hands-on with RF instrumentation including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and RF switching systems.
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals: S‑parameters, calibration, impedance, reference planes, noise figure, and measurement uncertainty.
• Experience developing maintainable software for instrument control and automated test (Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW).

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, document, and release automated RF/microwave test solutions into production.
• Translate device specs into practical test methods, hardware architectures, and software routines.
• Characterize devices using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and related instrumentation.
• Design and implement custom RF test fixtures, load boards, and interfaces.
• Create maintainable test automation software and data workflows for production decision making.
