Ralliant, Tektronix Component Solutions, in Beaverton, Oregon, seeks an experienced RF Test Engineer to join the New Product Development team. You will develop custom hardware and software test solutions for high‑performance RF, microwave, precision analog, mixed‑signal, and digital ASICs and microelectronic components.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing test solutions for RF/microwave devices, ASICs, or high‑performance hardware.
• Hands‑on with RF instrumentation (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, generators, power meters).
• Knowledge of RF measurement fundamentals (S-parameters, calibration, impedance, noise figure).
• Experience in instrument control and automated test software (Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
• Ability to read schematics/layouts and contribute to RF test fixtures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, qualify, document, and release automated RF test solutions into production.
• Translate specifications into test methods, hardware architectures, and software routines.
• Characterize device performance with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and related tools.
• Design and implement RF fixtures, calibration, de-embedding, and uncertainty analysis.
• Create maintainable test automation software and data workflows for production decisions.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to transfer tests into production.
