Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an RF Test Engineer to plan, execute, and document RF antenna and system-level testing in lab and anechoic environments. You will develop test plans, configure RF test equipment, collect data, and verify results against requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related STEM with 5+ years of experience (or MS with 3+ years).
• Hands-on experience measuring antenna performance metrics: gain, patterns, polarization, S-parameters.
• Experience operating RF anechoic chambers and CAT ranges, and following aerospace/defense standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document RF antenna and system testing in lab and anechoic environments.
• Develop test plans and procedures, calibrate RF test equipment and data-acquisition systems.
• Analyze data, verify results against requirements, and generate technical reports with RCA as needed.
• Troubleshoot configurations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff.
