Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a motivated RF & Antenna Test Engineer to support Antenna Test and Integration Engineering. You will assemble, test, and characterize RF antennas and related components, operating in spherical near-field chambers and other test facilities.

You'll work with RF, mechanical, and electrical engineers on test campaigns, design reviews, and chamber scheduling in a high-mix environment, contributing to throughput and quality while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on RF, microwave, or antenna systems experience.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
• Active Secret clearance preferred; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and test antennas and RF-related components and subsystems per drawings and quality standards.
• Set up and execute tests in spherical near-field (SNF) and other antenna/RF chambers.
• Perform RF measurements using VNAs and spectrum analyzers; document results.
• Support chamber operations including fixture setup, AUT mounting, cable routing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and testability.
• Help improve throughput, reduce downtime, and maintain safe, organized workflows.
• Document test setups, procedures, results, and non-conformances; generate data packages and reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of RF/electromechanical assemblies and support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional team members to meet program objectives.
