Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Quality Inspector to support RF and microelectronics manufacturing for aerospace and defense applications.

You will ensure the highest standards of product quality, reliability, and workmanship while mentoring less experienced inspectors and maintaining rigorous quality records. Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to work on 3rd shift in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in microelectronics, RF electronics, aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process documents.
• Experience using precision inspection equipment and measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual inspections of RF and microelectronic assemblies to conformance specs and military standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Interpret drawings, source control drawings and workmanship standards.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to junior inspectors and drive best practices.
