Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an integration engineer for its RF Technology Development Organization in Essex Junction, VT to advance FEOL/BEOL semiconductor processes, drive integration optimization, and mentor junior engineers.

You will apply DOE methods, perform data analysis, interact with customers, establish test structures, and collaborate with module engineers to improve yield and device performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical, Materials Science, or other relevant engineering discipline.
• B.S. with 8–10 years or M.S. with 7 years or Ph.D. with 5 years of relevant semiconductor experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify FEOL and BEOL devices and processes to meet performance and yield targets.
• Drive integration optimization using DOE, statistics, and yield learning techniques.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional development programs.
