GlobalFoundries is seeking an RF Technology Development Integration Engineer in Essex Junction, VT. The role leads development, optimization, and qualification of FEOL/BEOL devices, drives integration through DOE, and collaborates across cross-functional teams to meet performance and yield targets.

The position requires advanced degrees and 7+ years in semiconductor processing, with strong data analysis and Cadence experience.

Formación

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical, Materials Science, or related field.
• B.S. with 11+ years of relevant experience.
• MS with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in semiconductor processing.
• Experience in Silicon or SiGe BiCMOS or RFSOI FEOL or BEOL processing and/or semiconductor process development.
• Experience with Cadence or any layout and simulation tool.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, optimization, and qualification of FEOL and BEOL devices and processes.
• Establish integration checkpoints, performance metrics, and technical success criteria.
• Evaluate tradeoffs involving performance, manufacturability, reliability, yield, cost, and scalability.
• Drive integration optimization using DOE, statistical analysis, and yield learning techniques.
• Identify issues and formulate experiments to understand root cause and improve processes.
• Own and drive technical process problem solving.
• Partner with unit process module engineers, failure analysis and characterization teams to improve device performance and yield.
• Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
• Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional programs.
• Drive continuous innovation through novel integration schemes and process improvements.
