Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY is seeking a Sr Engineer RF Technology to join our RF technology process integration team. You will develop integration methods to meet stringent quality and performance standards for advanced semiconductor devices.

You will collaborate with process engineering, yield engineering, customer engineering and manufacturing to drive module integration, optimize yield, and implement quality controls; document progress and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of post-baccalaureate engineering experience in technology for mass production.
• Experience with FEOL/BEOL processes using FinFET and RF SOI, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF technology process integration development to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modules into semiconductor manufacturing flow.
• Identify and resolve integration issues across development and production phases.
• Optimize the integration process to improve yield, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain records and generate reports; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Support customer-specific requests and continuous yield improvement projects.
