The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor processing, strong data analysis, and excellent communication and leadership skills. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable technologies.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in Electrical, Materials Science, or related field.
• Extensive semiconductor processing experience, incl. silicon/SiGe BiCMOS or RFSOI.
• Strong data analysis, English fluency, and relocation ability to Essex Junction, VT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, optimization, and qualification of FEOL and BEOL devices and processes.
• Establish integration checkpoints, metrics, and success criteria.
• Evaluate tradeoffs in performance, manufacturability, yield, cost, and scalability.
• Drive integration optimization using DOE and yield learning techniques.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional programs.
