Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer for its RF Technology Development Organization in Essex Junction, VT. You will lead development and qualification of FEOL/BEOL devices, drive integration optimization, and interface with module engineers and customers to resolve technical challenges.

The role requires a PhD/MS/BS in engineering with 7+ years in semiconductor processing, strong data analysis, and proficiency with Cadence or layout/simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical, Materials Science, or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• B.S. + minimum of 11 years of relevant experience; M.S. + minimum of 8 years; Ph.D. + minimum of 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and qualification of FEOL and BEOL semiconductor devices and processes.
• Drive integration optimization using DOE methodologies, statistical analysis, and yield learning techniques.
• Collaborate with module engineers, failure analysis, and characterization teams to improve device performance and yield.
