Qualifications

• Experience with FEOL/BEOL, Si/SiGe platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify FEOL/BEOL devices and processes.
• Lead integration optimization using DOE and yield learning methods.
• Mentor junior engineers and interact with customers on technical queries.
