We have an exciting opportunity in Poway, California for a Project Engineer (PE) to lead Technology Development related programs within the Agile Mission Systems (AMS) Group. The PE will drive development, integration, and fielding of systems, including communications, signal processing, machine learning, and sensor integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in engineering with progressive experience.
• Experience in laser systems, mechanical enclosures, algorithms, ML, or signal processing is desirable.
• DoD security clearance capability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of programs from conceptualization through completion.
• Influence technical approach across customers and industry partners.
• Develop system architectures and designs and generate requirements.
• Interface with customers, contractors, and engineering groups.
• Develop test plans and manage integration, verification and validation.
