Job summary

Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL seeks a seasoned RF Systems Technical Project Manager to lead the technical project management of RF component development for the Lunar Vehicles. You will apply expertise in project management, product maturation, and organization development to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions for lunar landers.

You will coordinate with the RF Systems Director, IPTs, and external partners, ensuring baselines, reviews, and milestones are met while advancing the Lunar

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering operations applied to spacecraft systems.
• Experience with design/build/test project methodology, critical path scheduling, IMP/IMS, risk management, and EVM.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage RF component development projects for Blue's Lunar Vehicles.
• Develop efficient and cost‑effective solutions for Lunar landers using project management expertise.
• Maintain technical, cost, and schedule baselines with RF Systems team.
• Prepare for program reviews with Lunar Permanence Senior Management.
• Develop and maintain the Lunar vehicle meeting and review rhythm.
• Define robust plans and manage technical, cost, schedule, and risk metrics.
• Contribute to RF Systems roadmaps and future derivatives.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to shape mission needs.
• Interface with vendors for RF hardware procurement and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership coordinating with IPTs and Blue Origin units.
