RTX is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer – RF Engineer in Aurora, CO for a DoD program. The role focuses on RF links, antennas, and hardware systems across the full product lifecycle, including analysis, testing, fielding, and customer support.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strong MATLAB/Python skills, and hands-on experience with RF hardware and lab equipment. On-site work with potential CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF links, antennas, or electronic hardware systems.
• Proficient with MATLAB, Python, HFSS, and data analysis; able to use test equipment.

Responsabilités

• Support analysis, integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in lab and field environments.
• Support program activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% travel.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement design changes.
• Prepare and present results in technical reports and briefings to stakeholders.
• Maintain engineering specifications, schematics, and assembly drawings.
