Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of full-time systems engineering experience with system-level RF exposure.
• Experience with RF analysis, testing, and performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RF cascade analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements and design optimization.
• Perform digital RF spectrum analysis and testing to ensure system performance and design viability.
• Analyze RF sensors, antennas, and related components.
• Develop and evaluate RF system configurations to optimize performance.
• Support design of systems infrastructure, including hardware and software.
• Analyze, modify, test, and maintain RF systems and related infrastructure.
• Verify and validate system performance to meet requirements.
• Diagnose RF and system issues and propose improvements.
• Support system design, development, integration, testing, and evaluation activities.
• Work independently on complex technical problems and provide SME guidance.
