Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory seeks creative candidates to perform analysis and contribute to the prototyping of advanced RF communications systems. Daily activities include system analysis (link budgets, modeling) and RF subsystem design, firmware/software development, and system-level integration and test.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in EE or physics, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team with clear priorities. A security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in EE, physics, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience analyzing, developing, and testing RF system elements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and contribute to prototyping of advanced RF communications systems.
• System analysis (e.g., link budgets, detection and jamming performance modeling) and/or RF subsystem design.
• Involve firmware/software development and test and system-level integration and test as needed.
