Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a Mid Level SME Radio Frequency Engineer in Maryland. You will perform RF assembly, testing, and calibration, supporting senior engineers in RF system prototyping and optimization.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, hands-on RF measurement experience, and the ability to document results. Telework is not approved; on-site work at Annapolis Junction is expected.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of RF assembler experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Administration/Networking, or related discipline from an accredited college.
  • Three (3) years of additional RF assembler experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Perform RF assembly of components, subassemblies, and test fixtures using coax and waveguide connections, and precision mechanical integration.
  • Assist in the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
  • Conduct measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
  • Support senior engineers in the design and prototyping of RF systems.
  • Prepare documentation, including test results, assembly procedures, and calibration data.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of RF performance issues.
  • Maintain lab organization, safety, and equipment calibration records.
