Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Mid Level SME Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will assemble RF components, test fixtures, and contribute to RF system development and validation under guidance from senior engineers.

The role requires 3 years of RF assembly experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, and hands-on measurement with RF test equipment. Telework is not available. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 may be offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of RF assembler experience required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with RF signal processing applications.
• Experience with measurements using network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF assembly of components, subassemblies, and test fixtures using coax and waveguide connections.
• Assist in testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
• Conduct measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Support senior engineers in the design and prototyping of RF systems.
• Prepare documentation including test results, assembly procedures, and calibration data.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of RF performance issues.
• Maintain lab organization, safety, and equipment calibration records.
