Job summary

At Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) in Annapolis Junction, MD, a Junior Test Engineer role is available to support cutting-edge RF test programs and evaluation activities.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of test engineering experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The position emphasizes collaboration with SEs, data collection, and analysis to guide program decisions.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience as a Test Engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of additional Test Engineer experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cutting edge development programs and test new solutions.
• Innovate testing for RF signal processing applications.
• Test analytics, visualization and discovery tools.
• Coordinate with program System Engineers (SE) and review Test & Evaluation related information to inform evaluation planning.
• Assess operational environments and priorities for evaluation attention and scenario selection, and coordinate user participation in T&E.
