Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Mid Level SME RF Engineer to join our RF team. You will assemble RF components, test fixtures, and assist in tuning RF circuits and antennas while documenting results.

This role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, 3 years RF assembly experience, and an Associate's Degree; on-site work with no telework currently approved, with a pay range of $70,500–$83,000 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of RF assembly experience required.
• Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Administration/Networking, Electronics, or related discipline.
• Three (3) years of additional RF assembler experience may substitute for an Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF assembly of components, subassemblies, and test fixtures using coax and waveguide connections and precision mechanical integration.
• Assist in testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
• Conduct measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Support senior engineers in design and prototyping of RF systems.
• Prepare documentation including test results, procedures, and calibration data.
