Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong MATLAB skills and data-analysis experience.
• Fundamental RF/antenna theory knowledge required.
• Experience with hardware testing in lab environments preferred.
• Familiarity with antenna range testing and subsystem integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test RF sub-systems and antenna hardware.
• Integrate new equipment and test programs in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Create test support tools and automation using MATLAB.
• Analyze test data and identify trends; support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with design engineering to improve hardware and test processes.
