Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Woodridge, IL is seeking an Order Picker to join our Talley team. You will use an RF Scanner to pick orders accurately and quickly, and hand-picked orders to shipping.

Shift is 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Requirements include 1 year warehouse experience; High School or GED preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift operation and basic English reading/writing and math. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

• 1-year warehouse experience.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics and company values.
• Pick customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Determine if orders can ship via the indicated method and resolve mismatches.
• Provide picked orders to shipping/will-call for outbound processing.
• Use RF scanner to pick orders and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain high integrity.
• Work with a sense of urgency and stay organized under pressure.
