Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate products using an RF unit, pull goods from storage, and move items to production areas. You will process portions of customer orders and restock bins throughout the shift. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–3 years of lift operator experience.

You must read and write, identify colors and SKUs, perform basic math, and follow directions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product and materials using an RF unit to scan movement and locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and ensure proper checkout/return.
• Follow procedures for proper care and use of equipment and safety keys.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and guidelines.
• Complete and maintain SanMar's Lift Operator Certification every three years.
