Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator in Minnesota to locate products with an RF unit, pull items from locations, and move them to departments. You will restock, pick, and pack orders and help maintain order accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 1–3 years of lift operator experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read labels, sizes, and SKUs. Overtime may be required; 401k, life insurance, disability coverage, and paid time off are

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills required for counting and quantity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Overtime may be required as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product and materials using an RF unit.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues; ensure proper checkout and return.
• Follow procedures for care, use of equipment and keys.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and guidelines.
• Complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA every three years.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
